Overview:

Mr. Ursem is a software development specialist with decades of experience in team leadership, visualization, application development, and quality assurance.

He started his career developing optical measurement systems, including the visualization of those measurements in the form of surfaces and deformations.  After this, he gained project management experience and continued visualization in the oil & gas domain for reservoir engineering software.  In this role, the focus was on visualization of large sub-surface models and the dynamic output of the reservoir simulator.  Later he and his team were responsible for providing feature development, bug fixes, and second-line support for multiple user-facing applications. 

As a software professional, his interests range from coding to team dynamics to user interfaces and everything in between.
