Juliet is the Vice President of Client Strategy & Solutions at Equity Software, where she leads the Client Success Team and drives the growth of Equity’s software presence.  Juliet oversees strategic client relationships, ensuring that every stage of the client journey—from onboarding to renewal—delivers value and strengthens long-term engagement.

Since the Software Client Success Team launched in 2023, Juliet has focused on client retention, relationship expansion, and optimizing the end-to-end software experience.  She partners closely with the Software Team Leads to identify new opportunities, support product adoption, and pursue high-value targets.  Juliet also plays a key role in planning and executing client-facing software events, including Equity Software’s Community of Users program.

Before joining Equity, Juliet served as Director of Business Development at Arianne, a clinical research organization.  In that role, she managed the full sales lifecycle—developing leads, forecasting revenue, preparing proposals, visiting pharmaceutical sites, and cultivating strong client partnerships.

Earlier in her career, Juliet worked at C-Level Connections in Austin, TX as a Relationship Manager, where she specialized in outreach, relationship building, and meeting generation for clients.  As Team Lead, she expanded her responsibilities to include training, forecasting, and client relations.

Juliet began her professional journey in education, teaching elementary students in Arkansas and Texas for 15 years.  Her background in education continues to shape her strengths in communication, empathy, and client-centered guidance.
