Mechanical Engineering Modules
As a cloud-native software tool, subscribers can customize which licensing package or combination will meet their project or facility goals. PlantManager SAGE supports all types of engineering calculations and analyses.
Please contact Equity Software for licensing or detailed information on each module.
Design Code | Prerequisite for all PlantManager SAGE subscribers. This collection offers design capabilities for pressure vessels, components, piping, tanks, and fired heaters. |
Fitness-for-Service (FFS) | Provide the tools for conducting basic and comprehensive FFS analyses for new and in-service equipment, according to API 579-1/ASME FFS-1. |
Specialty FFS | Conduct Level 3 FFS assessments, plus advanced fracture analysis, creep, and crack-like flaws. |
Supplemental Design | Additional design capabilities for standard structural steel shapes and wind load determination. |
Materials | Access the most comprehensive list of materials, physical, and strength properties. |
Detailed Stress Analysis | Improve structural reliability with stress analysis of shells, nozzles, pipes, and elbows. |
Fluids & Heat Transfer | Consider process, temperature, heat transfer, and fluid properties for welding repairs. |
